Recently scientists have contrived the alternative way to get known the structure of protein, which is x-ray dissection. In general, x-ray crystallography includes protein crystallography as a little, but so important part. The protein is such a complex substance which has threefold structure, but it's found out only after the study of the secondary structure of protein. Usually, on the basis of crystallography data it is possible do define the protein quaternary structure, but it is not always the case. At times protein displays its different properties, it depends on some factors. Folding of protein is the main structural property of protein molecule. In compliance with all theories, all data about protein folding is stocked in the protein basic structure, or in protein sequence, that is why it is essential to begin any protein research from determination of sequence of protein.
