What's the fuss about project management

Project management is a difficult job that involves dealing with four constant variables: spending, schedule, duration and quality. Qualified PMs also try to make the organization of work more efficient. Look at any project and you will notice that it needs people, money and tools to deliver end results. You may come across a lot of contributing factors that are very important for efficient project management. You can see a few of these factors below:

- Establishing goals and conducting analysis.
